I've now had 2 major faults with this current car despite it being only 3.5 years old, one was fixed under warranty and the other was covered by BMW goodwill as the latest fault just shouldn't have happened.Great service from BMW and dealer

Always well looked after. If I wait, the facilities are very comfortable. The car is always valeted.

Difficult to get through to Service Dept. No courtesy car available - all are in use! ABS fault was apparently repaired and has no recurred after 2 weeks. Can't get any suitable appointment for at least two weeks.

Not particularly personal and do not always do what is promised.
Poor, despite Tring being wholly in the wrong they wanted to charge me £79 to inspect the vehicle and also for fuel in the courtesy car. The only reason I was there because they supplied an unroadworthy car.
The car was booked (under warrantee) to resolve a 'known' issue and to have a service which it should have had prior to it being purchased 3 weeks before. I asked for another issue to be looked at - none of these were dealt with as I'd expect

I would have been completely satisfied but for the fact I was blocked in your overflow carpark for 20 minutes after the service while your team tried to find the key for the cars which had been double-parked in front ofMy car.
Warranty claim delayed getting the car back and no courtesy car offered at this point.
The whole experience was well organised and I was told how long the health check would be and that there was no charge.

Not completely satisfied as two parts needed to be fitted and they could not be delivered in time to be fitted on the day. Another day had to be arranged for fitting.

Had to wait for just over a week to get a warning light on the dash checked. Warned not to drive the car and then the garage found that there was no problem -it was a false reading

All staff couldn't do enough to help even when outside of their duties or responsibilities. This is by far the best dealership I have ever used,

All was done very well and I liked the video about the underside inspection.However I was not pleased to be told my service contract was invalid as I had done more than the agreed mileage. This was wrong and the garage should have checked properly.
I brought my car in for its free service. A phone call to me mentioned that I needed new brake pads & discs at a cost of c£500. I'm not very happy that I had to fork out for these items on my brand-new BMW after only two years and 30,000 miles.
See above - in the end resolved quickly once the part was in, and booked for a Saturday repair as they knew I'd been waiting for a long time

Efficient and friendly customer service. Service, MOT and additional work I requested all completed within the time frame given and I got a very clean car back at the end of the day!

Having read the review it was off putting at first, however we decided to make up our own minds and we are pleased we did. Everyone greeted us with a lovely smile. We dealt with Nick who was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all.

The notification of replacement tyre required soon was helpful but the quoted replacement was £100 more than another supplier.
I asked for the (recently detailed and ceramic coated) car not to be cleaned, it was and is now covered is swirls. Not impressed at all!

The car is comfortable with a good feature set and delivered straight off the lot with little turnaround time. The introduction was extensive enough to be a good foundation to regular use without issues.
Seamless as completed most of the purchase and checks via email and phone. Meant I was able to come in and just look forward to picking up the car.
